罗昕炜,教授,博士生导师。分别于2001年,2006年和2013年在东南大学获得学士、硕士和博士学位。2001年起任职于东南大学,从事统计信号处理的教学和科研工作,主要的研究领域有:声信号处理,模式识别。主持和参与国家自然科学基金等国家级科研项目数十项,企业合作项目十余项,在声信号检测、噪声特征分析和目标分类识别技术等方向有较深入研究,相关研究成果曾获2011年度工信部科技进步二等奖、2017年度教育部科技进步一等奖、2018年度国家科技进步二等奖。
